I want to thank you SO MUCH for going beyond the extra mile to have my finance approved on the house I just bought in St Lucia. With a commission only pay structure, recent change of employer, tenancy leases on my investment property that are “room by room”, and being a director of a number of companies that earn varying levels of additional income… I am quite the challenge to find finance for. After much dedicated research, you found appropriate solution for me. You were right on every step of the way, responding rapidly to their many and varied requests across the 14 days and helping them make their decision to give me finance.
On the final day, when we were still awaiting their decision, and when we found out that the assessor had gone home early on the day the finance was due, without giving his final approval, you jumped into action yet again to find someone at the bank who could make my loan happen. When at 4:30pm you found out the sellers would not grant a 24 hour extension for finance (due to the sellers deciding that they wanted to keep the house after all) you knew that this last 30 minutes was even more critical because otherwise I would lose my new house. You persisted and found someone else and encouraged them to help due to the situation, and even though it was outside their pay-grade, you were able to get my approval at exactly 5:00pm. I saved myself from being terminated by 1 minute and thank you wholeheartedly for your attitude of “never give up”. Even when other people are standing in your way, you will push through regardless. I’ve never met anyone with so much determination. I’m proud to have you on my team!
